Kiswe Appoints Richard Mollard as Director of Sports Business Development for Europe and Middle East

Seasoned sports and media executive to expand Kiswe’s D2C streaming technology across the EMEA region

New Providence, NJ – February 25, 2025 – Kiswe, the direct-to-consumer (D2C) streaming technology company, announced the appointment of Richard Mollard as Director of Sports Business Development for Europe and the Middle East. In this role, Mollard will lead Kiswe’s expansion across these regions, driving strategic partnerships and business initiatives to revolutionize fan engagement through direct-to-consumer (D2C) streaming technology. He will report directly to Kiswe’s Chief Revenue Officer, Chris Pantoya.

Mollard brings over 25 years of experience managing complex programs and partnerships across the sports, telecommunications, and media sectors with a deep passion for sports broadcasting and production. Since 2017, he has held leadership roles in sports organizations and major media companies, working with some of the world’s most renowned sports brands, including FIFA, the NBA, ATP, and MLS.

From 2020 to 2024, he played a key role at Synergy Sports and Sportradar, managing relationships with global sports organizations, and has worked on major events such as the FIFA World Cup, Olympics, Paralympics, Commonwealth Games, NFL London Games, and Euroleague Finals. Prior to that, he led the Plymouth Raiders Basketball Club, securing the largest investment in its history. A lifelong advocate for professional basketball, Mollard has owned two British Basketball League teams and won all four major trophies with the Guildford Heat in the mid-2000s while also serving on the league’s board.
