We’re looking for engineers to support customer and production operations. In this role, the successful candidate will spend a majority of their time facing Kiswe’s customers and partners to assist with the deployment and integration of Kiswe production equipment for content creation, content distribution, content viewing, and overall troubleshooting. The successful candidate will also provide technical support for the commercial trial of new product features and new customer segments.
We are looking for candidates with strong technical backgrounds with mobile media applications, video production, and commercial IP cloud networking expertise. Familiarity with AWS including EC2 and S3 administration, Linux administration, SaltStack, and scripting languages are strongly recommended. Familiarity with database management is preferred. Additionally, you must be comfortable working with customers under tight and critical timelines, and be prepared to support customers during evenings and weekends if required. Five years of quantified success in operations, technical sales, network deployment, or new product-introduction is required. A Bachelors of Science in a related field is required.
